Ultra Investments, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate firm that has been developing, selling and managing all types of commercial properties in and around Austin, Texas for the past 35 years. The company is owned and operated by Tim Jamail, a Magnum Cum Laude graduate of an Southern Methodist University, whose family has been active in the Austin real estate market for more than 50 years. Mr. Jamail has been involved in every aspect of commercial real estate over the past 35 years, including the permitting and developing of apartments, warehouses, shopping centers, office buildings and mixed-used subdivisions. In addition, over the course of his career as a licensed real estate broker, he has successfully negotiated the leasing and selling of all types of commercial and residential properties.
